In 2005, globally, money spent by tourists is estimated to have reached U.S. $ 6 trillion globally and also tourism is also an absorber of the greatest labor, which is about 10% of the total workforce, or about 500 Milion, more than twice the population of Indonesia. Accordingly, the developing countries, including Indonesia determined to develop tourism. According to records Data and Information Center (Pusdatin) ministry, until December 29, 2009 the number of foreign tourists to Indonesia as many as 6.459 million people or 0.4% from 2008, with total income reaching 6.32 billion U.S. dollars, or around Rp 65 trillion.
